how do i lease a space at the office park?

Each building is independently owned and leased by the owner directly.  To see if there is any available space, feel free to email the office park management company for more information.

who do i call if I NEED A REPAIR OR HAVE A MAINTENANCE PROBLEM?

If the repair or item in need of maintenance is on the inside of the building structure, you'll need to contact your landlord or building owner directly.  If it pertains to a window, roof, or exterior, please contact the office park management company at (281) 548-1040.

how do i get a key for the onsite dumpster?

If you are a tenant, your landlord or building owner should provide you with a key.  Keys for building owners can be obtained at the PPOP management company office located at 1416-A Stonehollow Drive.

WHY AM I BILLED A QUARTERLY ASSESSMENT?

Monies collected from quarterly assessments are used to pay assessments and fees from Kingwood Place Community Association, maintenance and repairs of all common areas and communal expenses (such as liability insurance).
